Reset your Sleeptracker® processor

Tip: Having trouble with your Sleeptracker® processor? Restart your processor first to see if it resolves your problem. To restart your Sleeptracker® processor, unplug the power adapter from the back of the device or from the wall outlet. Then, plug the power adapter back in.

To reset your Sleeptracker® processor:

  1. Use a ball point pen (or similar tool) to press and hold the Reset button for five seconds. You can find the Reset button on your processor next to the green sensor port.
  2. After you press and hold the Reset button, your Sleeptracker® processor will reboot - this process will take about 90 seconds.
  3. Open the Sleeptracker app to connect your Sleeptracker® processor to a Wi-Fi network and register it to your Sleeptracker user account.
