The Data Shows BMI & Snore are Correlated

The data shows that up to 40pct of males over 40 snore and females are not that far behind. Snore is a potential precursor of apnea. So we have SleeptrackerĀ® AI look at the data. The data shows that there is a strong correlation between snore and BMI. Could that mean that in some cases reducing BMI could reduce apnea or at least snore? Or could it be that reducing snore could help reduce BMI? Or both as they are clearly correlated. Could it be that on average for snorers, reducing snore improves sleep and correlates to lower BMI, which essentially means lower body weight?
