With the power of SleeptrackerĀ®-AI analytics, we compared 2020 sleep patterns to historic 2019 sleep patterns. The Data shows that during shelter-in-place, on average, we sleep more, go to bed later, and wake up later compared to the same period of time in 2019. As we gradually reopen, the patterns seem to trend to normalize. The spikes are weekends when, on average, we tend to go to bed later and rise later.
