Instructions for factory-resetting the STS-20 have been removed from this page. Performing a factory-reset will permanently disable your device's ability to connect to the internet, and this action cannot be undone. Learn more here.

Note: If you’re having trouble with your Sleeptracker® processor, try rebooting your processor first to see if that helps. To do so, unplug the power to the processor and then plug it back in. Wait a couple of minutes for the processor to finish booting up.
