The Sleeptraker® Monitoring System comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If your purchase is within the warranty period, and you need replacement hardware, please contact the Advanced Support team for further assistance and include your mailing address. After sending the email and once you receive a confirmation email, reply to the email with a PDF (preferred) or image of your receipt, a photo of the label on the back of your Sleeptraker® processor, and photo(s) of any damaged parts.
