Solid Green

Your processor is working normally & is connected to the Sleeptracker® Cloud.

 
 
Blinking Green

Your processor is awaiting initial setup. In the app, go to Menu > Pair with a Smart Bed, to pair with the processor.

 
Solid Orange

Your processor is starting up. Please wait. The processor takes about 90 seconds to boot up after being powered on.

 
 
Blinking Orange

Your processor requires action to resume normal operation.

 
 
Blinking Red

Your processor requires a firmware restore to resume normal operation. To restore the firmware, select the Status icon (top right from Home in the app) > Troubleshoot Smart Bed > Restore Smart Bed.

 
 
Blinking Red & Blue

Your processor is updating its firmware. Please wait & DO NOT power off your processor until the update is complete. This may take several minutes.
