Change Email Settings

To update your account email, navigate to Menu > My Profile > Account > Change Email, in the Sleeptracker® app. If you are looking to change your communication preferences, you can do this under Menu > My Profile > Account > Email Preferences.

Unable to Login or Forgot Password

If you are currently locked out of your Sleeptracker® account, reset your account password and then log back in. To do so:

  1. Launch the Sleeptracker® app and select I already have an account > Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email and tap Email Instructions.
    • If you are currently logged in but need to reset your password, you can do so under Menu > My Profile > Account > Change Password > Forgot Password > enter your email and tap Email Instructions.

In a few minutes, you should receive an email to reset your account password. Follow the link in the email to update your password, and then return to the app to sign in to your account. If you do not see the password reset email, double-check your email client’s SPAM/Junk folder.

Download or Export Sleep Data

To export your data, log into your account on the Sleeptracker® account portal. Once logged in, select Download data format schema > Download My Data. Be sure to review the PDF in the "Download data format schema" file, so you can understand the data that is presented to you. Export data is only available in the JSON file format.

Delete Account

Before moving forward, note that deleting your account will PERMANENTLY ERASE all of your data, and it will not be recoverable. If you’d like to continue with deleting your account, log into your account on the Sleeptracker® account portal. Once logged in, select Delete My Account > Confirm and Delete.

You can always recreate a Sleeptracker® account in the future if you wish to do so.

Privacy Notice

At Fullpower® Technologies (the company behind Sleeptracker®), we strive to maintain the highest data privacy standards in the industry. The privacy policy that applies to you as a Sleeptracker® Monitor user is available from within the app, under Menu > Help > About > Read Privacy Notice. Please see the section called: "Share: How we share your data externally with other companies or entities", which provides details on how we share your data. The privacy policy linked at the bottom of our website applies to the website itself.

  • If you do not have a Sleeptracker® account or device, you can still access the Privacy Notice from the "Set Profile" screen. Launch the app and then select Create Sleeptracker® Account > What We Collect and Why (at the "Set Profile" screen) > Privacy Notice.

If you would like to provide or revoke your permission for Fullpower® to share your personally identifiable information (your name, email, and city/state) with our bedding manufacturing partner, you can do so at Menu > My Profile > Account > Email Preferences.

If you do not agree with the Privacy Notice, you can revoke your consent by navigating to Menu > My Profile > Edit Profile > uncheck the checkbox > Revoke, at which point no data will be collected. By revoking your consent, the Sleeptracker® app will not be able to obtain the information needed to function properly.
