Repalcement Parts

The Sleeptracker® Monitoring System comes with one-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If your purchase is within the warranty period, and you need replacement hardware, please contact the Advanced Support team for further assistance and include your mailing address. After sending the email and once you receive a confirmation email, reply to the email with a PDF (preferred) or image of your receipt, a photo of the label on the back of your Sleeptracker® processor, and photo(s) of any damaged parts.

If your warranty period has passed, for additional assistance, or if you are inquiring about replacement parts for your base, then please contact Beautyrest® or Serta®. Ergomotion® (the manufacturer of the adjustable bases) may also be able to assist you with replacement base hardware inquires.
