Setup

To sync your Sleeptracker-AI® sleep data with Apple Health, either connect your Sleeptracker-AI® account to Apple Health after the initial app install and then either create or log into your account.

Alternatively, launch the Health app and select your Account Profile icon (top right) > Apps (under "Privacy") > Sleeptracker® > Turn All Categories On or individually enable the categories you’d like to be synced.

Disable &/or Delete Health Data from Apple Health
To disable syncing, launch the Health app and select your Account Profile icon (top right) > Apps (under "Privacy") > Sleeptracker® > Turn All Categories Off.

To delete your Sleeptracker-AI® sleep data from Apple Health, launch the Health app and select your Account Profile icon (top right) > Apps (under "Privacy") > Sleeptracker® > Data > Delete All Data from “Sleeptracker® > Delete.

Troubleshooting
Try the following if you’re having difficulties with Apple Health and the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app:

  1. Turn Off All Categories in Apple Health:
    • Launch the Health app and select your Account Profile icon (top right) > Apps (under "Privacy") > Sleeptracker® > Turn All Categories Off > back button (top left).
  2. In the Sleeptracker-AI®, sign out of your account (Menu > My Profile > Account > Sign Out) and then uninstall the app from your device.
  3. Launch the App Store and reinstall the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app.
    • Alternatively, you can tap here on your iPhone/iPad to be taken to the app's App Store page (select "Safari" if prompted).
  4. Once the app is reinstalled, log back into your Sleeptracker-AI® account and connect your account to Apple Health.
    • When prompted to connect with Apple Health, tap Next > Turn all Categories On (or select the categories individually).
