Google Fit Assistance

Setup
To sync your Sleeptracker-AI® sleep data with Google Fit, either connect your Sleeptracker-AI® account to your Google account after the initial app install and then either create or log-in to your account.

Alternatively, in the Sleeptracker-AI® app, you can select Menu > My Profile > Linked Health Apps > Google Fit, and then toggle on the feature. Follow any on-screen prompts after selecting your Google account.

↦ Note: while on the “Google Fit” screen, you can select Sync Google Fit (above the “Done” button) to start a manual sync.

Disable Google Fit Syncing
Method 1: in the Sleeptracker®-AI app, select Menu > My Profile > Linked Health Apps > Google Fit, and then toggle off the feature.

Method 2: launch the Google Fit app and then select the Profile tab > Settings (gear icon on the top right) > Manage connected apps > Sleeptracker® (if you don't see the app listed, ensure you have the correct account selected from the drop-down) > Disconnect > Disconnect.
Troubleshooting
Try the following if you’re having difficulties with Google Fit and the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app:

  1. Unlink your Sleeptracker-AI® Account:
    • Launch the Google Fit app and then select the Profile tab > Settings (gear icon on the top right) > Manage connected apps > Sleeptracker® (if you don't see the app listed, ensure you have the correct account selected from the drop-down) > Disconnect > Disconnect.
  2. Sign Out of Your Account:
    • In the app, select Menu > My Profile > Account > Sign Out > Sign Out.
  3. Remove & then Reinstall the Sleeptracker®-AI app:
    • Bring up the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app on the Play Store (tap here on your phone/tablet to be taken there directly) and then select Uninstall > wait for the app to uninstall > Install > wait for the app to install > Open.
  4. Log Back In & Connect to Google Fit:
    • Sign in to your Sleeptracker®-AI account, and then select Connect to Google Fit when prompted. Follow the on-screen prompts.

After following the above steps, check the Google Fit app the following day or two to see if your sleep data is syncing. If you have multiple Google accounts, ensure you are in the correct Google account in the Google Fit app.You can also try manually syncing by selecting Menu > My Profile > Linked Health Apps > Google Fit > Sync Google Fit.
