If you are seeing your sleep reports in the app, but you're not getting your sleep reports in your email inbox, please review the following suggestions:
- Make sure your Email Preferences are set correctly for your Fullpower® Sleep account. Open the Fullpower® Sleep app and go to Menu > My Profile > Account > Email Preferences. Ensure both checkboxes are selected in the top section. If you make any changes, be sure to tap Save Communication Preferences at the bottom.
- If you haven’t already done so, double-check your email client’s spam folder or junk folder to see if your sleep report emails accidentally ended up there (you can search these folders for "Sleeptracker"). If so, be sure to move out all "Sleeptracker" emails from your Spam/Junk folder. Doing so should prevent future sleep report emails from ending up in your spam folder or junk folder in the future.
- If the above did not help, or to prevent your sleep reports from going to your spam folder or junk folder, add "Sleep-Insights@sleeptracker.com" and "noreply@sleeptracker.com" to your email client’s whitelist. Check your email client’s support page, forums, search online, or contact your email client for instructions, if needed. If you do not see an option to whitelist, add a new contact to your email account with the above email addresses.
- If you’re still not getting your sleep report emails, please contact your email client to check if they are blocking emails sent by "Sleep-Insights@sleeptracker.com" or "noreply@sleeptracker.com" or if there are other issues preventing emails from being delivered. Additionally, consider using an alternative email address for your Fullpower® Sleep account. To update your account email address, in the Fullpower® Sleep app, navigate to Menu > My Profile > Account > Change Email.
