Smart Bed Self-Installation Setup

If you haven't already done so, download the Fullpower® Sleep app by selecting your mobile device's app store below.

To install your Smart Bed kit, plug in the processor and sensors according to the instructions in the paper pamphlet included with your kit. If you can't find your paper pamphlet, click here to access the PDF

The steps in the app will guide you through creating your account and connecting the Smart Bed to your home's Wi-Fi network.

  • Note: if two people will be sharing the same Smart Bed, only one person needs to complete the Wi-Fi connection setup. The second person should join the Smart Bed as a "Second User." See below for help with this. 
Adding a Second User

A second user can be added to a Smart Bed after one user has successfully paired to the Smart Bed. The second user will need to create their own, unique account using their own email address (the email address cannot match an existing account’s email address). Select below for further assistance.

Support for Windows, macOS, or Other Operating Systems

At this time, the Fullpower® Sleep app is only available for compatible phones and tablets running Android OS or Apple’s iOS/iPadOS. For Android devices, access to the Google Play Store is required.

Unable to Complete Setup

If you're unable to complete the setup in the app because a button or text is hidden from view, reduce your mobile device's font size and/or reducing the Display/Screen Zoom setting.
