Smart Bed Self-Installation Setup

To install your smart bed, plug in the processor and sensors according to the instructions in the paper guide included with your smart bed kit. The steps in the app will guide you through the rest of the setup.

If two people will be monitored, the Smart Bed only needs to be paired once. The second person's account can be added to the Smart Bed during the initial setup or at a later time, under Menu > Add Second User.
Adding a Second User

A second user can be added to a Smart Bed after one user has successfully paired to the Smart Bed. The second user will need to create their own, unique account using their own email address (the email address cannot match an existing account’s email address). Select below for further assistance.

Support for Windows, macOS, or Other Operating Systems

At this time, the Fullpower® Sleep app is only available for compatible phones and tablets running Android OS or Apple’s iOS/iPadOS. For Android devices, access to the Google Play Store is required.

Unable to Complete Setup

If you're unable to complete the setup in the app because a button or text is hidden from view, reduce your mobile device's font size and/or reducing the Display/Screen Zoom setting.
