Split Base with Split Fan Mode - Fix Swapped Climate Controls

If you have a Split Base with Split Fan Mode enabled, and if your app's fan controls or Climate programs are activating on the wrong side of the bed, follow the steps below to fix this:

  1. First, "unsync" the movement of the two bases. To do this, grab one of the physical remotes (doesn't matter which one), remove the battery cover on the back, and press and hold the SYNC button (which is located inside the battery cover) until that SYNC button light blinks, and then release the button. After a moment, test both remotes to ensure that the two sides are moving independently.
  2. Each remote should control only one side. Figure out which remote controls which side, and then place each remote on top of its corresponding side of the bed, so you remember which remote is which (important for a later step).
  3. After this, lower both sides to flat, and then "sync" the movement of the two bases again: Unplug both bases from the power source.
    • Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
    • On each remote, locate the SYNC button on the back (located inside the battery cover)
    • Press and hold the SYNC button on both remotes simultaneously. The SYNC buttons will illuminate and start to flash.
    • When the SYNC buttons stop flashing, release the buttons. The bases are now synced and should move together.
  4. Next, based on your viewpoint when standing at the foot of the bed and facing the head of the bed, pick up the remote on your right. On this remote, press and hold the Left Warming button and Sync Cooling button for 6 seconds.

Test your smart bed to see if it works as expected now. For further assistance after trying the steps above, please contact Sleeptracker-AI® support.
