Are you ready for the day?
The PPI Performance Potential Index™ helps you decide whether to push through the day or take it slow. The closer your metric is to 100, the better your readiness for the day!
A good night's rest significantly impacts your daily performance. Sleep is cyclical: waking up refreshing is important, but so is setting the stage for another quality night of sleep.
The PPI metric intelligently combines your personal sleep analysis from multiple nights into a single, easy-to-understand metric from 0 to 100.
To customize your PPI metric, several dimensions of your previous night's sleep are intelligently aggregated by our AI models: heart and breath analysis, heart rate variability, breathing disturbances, sleep fragmentation, and other sleep metrics.
The PPI metric is located in the Sleep tab, in the section titled "Today's Performance Potential." Your PPI metric is displayed alongside an indicative emoji, and assessment of your overall weekly or monthly trend.
You can also find PPI in the rotating stats on the Home tab in the app.
PPI is not yet available in sleep report emails.
To personalize your PPI metric, at least five nights of sleep are required in the last 30 days. Therefore, your PPI should be available alongside the sixth recent sleep recording. If you don't see your PPI metric, check back later.
Additionally, PPI will not be available if less than 1 hour of sleep was recorded, or if there are insufficient heart rate measurements.
PPI is not available to users with model STS-40 Sleeptracker-AI® processors. PPI is only available with STS-60A and STS-60 model processors.
If your PPI seems inaccurate, check your smart bed's setup.
