Metrics Not Displaying
If you are not seeing air quality information, try power-cycling your Sleeptracker-AI® processor. To do so, either unplug the processor’s USB power cable or if your processor came pre-installed on a Power Base, then you can simply unplug the power to your base. Leave the power off for a minute and then plug it back in.
You should see your air quality information in the Sleeptracker-AI® app the next day or sooner. If this does not help, then please try factory resetting your Sleeptracker-AI® processor.
