Reconfigure or Reset Remote Presets
You can change the Zero-G, Flat, TV, Anti-Snore, and the Favorite button positions from the physical or in-app remote. To do so with your physical remote, place the base to the angle you'd like and then hold the button you'd like to reconfigure for 5 seconds. As for the in-app remote, adjust your base to where you'd like the button position to be saved, and then tap and hold the button you'd like to reconfigure until you see the option to select "Save Position". Tap Save Position to reconfigure the pre-set position.
To reset your physical remote to its factory settings, you can do so by pressing the Flat and Zero-G buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds on the physical remote. The remote backlight will flash twice to indicate the original positions have been restored.

Re-Verify a Non-Split-King Base
In the Sleeptracker-AI® app, select the Status icon (top right from Home) > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Bed Size & Configuration > Change Base Configuration (underneath "Type") > Power Base > Next > enter your base's serial number (if the field is blank) > Verify. If successful, you will not see any error messages, and you can proceed to the Home screen.
- If for some reason, the verification fails, contact the Advanced Sleeptracker-AI® support team for further assistance. In your message, please include information about why the app said your verification could not pass and your base size. You can select Troubleshoot Configuration > Fix Later > Finish & Fix Later, in order to exit the verification process.

In the Sleeptracker-AI® app, select the Status icon (top right from Home) > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Bed Size & Configuration > Change Base Configuration (underneath "Type") > Power Base > Next > enter your base's serial number (from any remote, if blank) > Verify > ensure Split King is selected > Next > choose how you want your base to move > Next. If successful, you will not run into a base verification error, and you should be able to use the in-app remote. If for some reason, the verification fails, contact the Sleeptracker®-AI support team for further assistance. We’ll need to know why the app said your verification could not pass and your base size. You can select Troubleshoot Configuration > Fix Later > Finish & Fix Later, in order to exit the verification process.

To change how your base moves, in the Sleeptracker-AI® app, select the Status icon (top right from Home) > Bed & Sleeper Setup > Bed Size & Configuration > Change Base Configuration (underneath "Type") > Power Base > Next > enter your base's serial number (from any remote, if blank) > Verify > ensure Split King is selected > Next > choose how you want your base to move > Next.
