The Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® app requires a Sleeptracker-AI® processor, model STS-60. With a pre-installed system, your Sleeptracker-AI® processor will be mounted under the head of the bed. The app will guide you through the setup instructions.
If two people will be monitored, the Smart Bed only needs to be paired once. The second person's account can be added to the Smart Bed during the initial setup or at a later time, under Menu > Add Second User.Note for Split Bases:
A Split Base (two bases side-by-side) with the Sleeptracker-AI® technology should be set up with two Sleeptracker-AI® processors, with one processor on each base. Each processor should be connected to one sensor.
The two bases are considered to be one Smart Bed, not two different Smart Beds. Do not set up each side separately. During setup in the app, the two processors need to be paired at the same time.
Important: if you're having difficulties with your Split Base Smart Bed, follow the steps in this tutorial.
A second user can be added to a Sleeptracker-AI® Smart Bed after one user has successfully paired to the Smart Bed. The second user will need to create their own, unique account using their own email address (the email address cannot match an existing Sleeptracker-AI® account’s email address). If you would like to monitor your sleep on another bed or location, you can do so by purchasing additional Smart Beds. Multiple Smart Beds can be added to your account, and you do not need to create a new account for your additional Smart Beds. Select below for further assistance.
At this time, the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® app is only available for compatible phones and tablets running Android OS or Apple’s iOS/iPadOS. For Android devices, access to the Google Play Store is required.
