If you are not seeing any air quality information, try power-cycling your Sleeptracker-AI® processor. To do so, either unplug the processor’s USB power cable, or if your processor came pre-installed on a power base, then you can simply unplug the power to your base. Leave the power off for a minute and then plug it back in.
You should see your air quality information in the Sleeptracker-AI® app the next day or sooner. If this does not help, then please try factory resetting your processor(s).
You can reset the air quality sensor by factory resetting your processor(s).
The Sleeptracker-AI® app's goal is to give users an idea of what the sleeping environment looks like when measured against optimal environmental conditions, which are based on sleep science. To easily convey changes and trends of air quality in your sleeping environment, we use relative values such as "Good", "Moderate", "Humid", "Warm", etc. as the sole representation of these measurements.
It is common to see a peak in the air quality readings when there is a sudden change in your sleeping environment (i.e. when a pet or person enters the room and is near the bed, if something is sprayed into the air, etc.) and typically overnight (especially if you have doors/windows shut and if the air is not circulating).
With that being said, for the environmental sensor to have the most accurate readings, we recommend:
- Keeping fresh airflow going into your sleeping environment whenever possible.
- Not having any type of air being channeled towards the processor, such as a floor vent near the processor or a fan pointed towards the processor. Doing so may cause inaccurate readings.
- Not having anything blocking the processor and especially the processor's circular vents.
