The Beautyrest SmartMotion Base uses a Sleeptracker® product (model STS-10) which is no longer supported by Serta Simmons. Our company (Fullpower Technologies) created the Sleeptracker® technology used by Serta Simmons and continued supporting the product years after Serta Simmons stopped their support. Recently, in order to improve overall performance and security of our company's servers, we were forced to end support of this legacy product.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for the discontinuation of this product. Thank you for being a valued user of the Sleeptracker® system over the years—we truly appreciate it.
