Pre-Installed System Setup

The Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app requires a Tempur-Pedic® branded Monitor, model STS-40. With a pre-installed system, your Sleeptracker-AI® processor will be mounted to the back-head of your base. The app will guide you through the setup instructions.

If two people will be monitored, the system only needs to be set up once. The second person can be added during the initial setup or at a later time, under Menu > Add Second Sleeper.

 

Note for Split-King Bases:

A Split-King base (two Twin-XL bases side-by-side) with the Sleeptracker-AI® technology should only be set up with one Sleeptracker-AI® processor (on the left-base - from the foot, facing the head), this processor should be connected to both sensors, and your base should have the Sync Cable plugged in (even if you want the bases to move separately).

The Sync Cable is needed for the Monitor to be successfully set up, so the single processor can control both sides, and for features like Snore Response, the in-app remote, and more to work correctly. The cable will initially make the bases move up and down together, however, during the setup in the app (or at a later point), you can set your base to move separately if desired.

If you have a processor on the right-base, this is a spare, it should not be set up, and it should be powered-off (the processor’s USB power cable should be unplugged).

IMPORTANT: if you accidentally set up the right-base processor, follow the steps in this tutorial.

 

Self-Install Kit Setup

The Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app requires a Tempur-Pedic® branded Monitor, model STS-40. The app will guide you through the setup instructions. If you will be connecting your Monitor to a compatible Power Base, you will utilize the Smart Cable that came with your kit, otherwise, this component will not be installed.

↦ Compatible Power Bases include Tempur-Pedic® Ergo and Ergo Extend models. The base serial will either start with “03370” or “04166”.

Adding a Second Sleeper

A second sleeper can be added to a Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor after one sleeper has successfully paired to the Monitor. The partner will need to create their own account using their own email address (the email address cannot match an existing Sleeptracker-AI® account’s email address). Setup Multiple Monitors

If you would like to monitor your sleep on another bed or location, you can do so by purchasing an additional Monitor for your other bed(s). Multiple Monitors can be added to your account, and you do not need to create a new account for your additional device(s). Select below for further assistance.

Support for Windows, macOS, or Other Operating Systems

At this time, the Tempur-Pedic® Sleeptracker-AI® app is only available for compatible phones and tablets running Android OS or Apple’s iOS/iPadOS. For Android devices, access to the Google Play Store is required.
