Fall asleep with Calm — Unwind with curated sleep meditations and sounds from our partner app Calm.
A partnership between Tempur® and Calm gives Sleeptracker-AI® users exclusive access to a curated collection of nature sounds and guided sleep meditations in the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® app.
There is no subscription required, and no separate Calm login required. If you have a separate Calm account on the Calm app, that service operates independently of the Sleeptracker-AI® app.
You can access the Calm experience in the Sleeptracker-AI® app by visiting the Relax tab and selecting Explore Calm.
If you haven't already done so, first create an account and set up your smart bed in the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® app. For setup assistance, select here.
To play Calm tracks, select the Relax tab in the app. From there, select Explore Calm to check out the full catalog. Simply tap on your desired track, and the tracks will begin to download and play.
In addition to the full Calm catalog available in the Explore Calm page, your three most recently played Calm tracks are easily accessible from both the Home and Relax tabs.
To fine-tune the audio playback, you can select the skip forward or skip backward buttons, drag the audio scrubber, or tap the pause or stop buttons.
To collapse the audio player in the Sleeptracker-AI® app without stopping the audio, tap the down arrow located at the top of the player.
You can also control the Calm audio playback via your mobile device's lock screen or media controls menu (Control Center on iOS, notifications panel on Android).
In SoundScape® mode, the base's massage is synced with the soundbar, so the massage will vibrate your bed while automatically keeping pace with the rhythm and bass line of the music or nature sounds that you are listening to through the soundbar.
To play Calm audio with SoundScape® mode enabled:
- First, enable SoundScape mode by clicking here and following the steps in the section titled "How to switch between Massage mode and SoundScape® mode"
- Next, connect your mobile device to the Bluetooth soundbar. You can follow the steps in the first or second sections of this article, depending on if you have an iOS or Android device.
Note: Your sleep is not able to be analyzed while the massage is running or when SoundScape® mode is enabled.
If Calm audio tracks aren't playing correctly:
- Try force-closing/force-quitting the app (swipe up on the app’s preview from the background app switcher), then launch the app again. Try playing a Calm track after this.
- Restart your phone by powering it off and on again. Then, launch the Sleeptracker-AI app again and try to play a Calm track.
- Make sure the media volume on your mobile device is turned up to your desired level.
- If the Calm audio is frequently being interrupted or sputtering, you might have a different app running in the background that keeps trying to play its own audio. Try force-closing the rest of your apps from the background app switcher.
- If you are streaming Calm audio through a Bluetooth speaker or headphones and having difficulties, disconnect the external audio device to see if the Calm audio can play correctly through your mobile device's internal speakers. If Calm audio works correctly on your mobile device alone, please contact the manufacturer of your speaker or headphones for more troubleshooting steps.
Also note:
- Calm features are only available with TEMPUR-Ergo® ProSmart and ProSmart Air adjustable base models.
