The Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® app allows you to connect your bed’s processor to your Wi-Fi to get you online and enable sleep tracking. You’ll find the processor mounted under the head of every compatible base. Open the app and follow the prompts, and the app will walk you through each step of the connection process.
Note for Two Users: If the system will be used to monitor sleep for two people, the Smart Bed only needs to be paired to Wi-Fi once. The first user must completely finish their setup (including bed pairing) before the second user attempts to join the bed by entering the 12-digit Quick Add Code.
Important Notes for Split Bases:
- A Split Base (two bases side-by-side) uses two processors that should be combined into a single "Smart Bed" system.
- Do not set up each side individually. During the initial setup, if the app asks you how many bases your bed has, please select the "Two bases" option. That will allow the app to pair both processors at the same time to create one Smart Bed system.
- Once the first user has finished connecting the Split Base to the Wi-Fi, the second user simply enters the 12-digit "Quick Add Code" to join that existing "Smart Bed", rather than connecting the processors to Wi-Fi again.

Step-by-Step Setup Videos:
A second user can be added after the first user has successfully paired the bed. To ensure accurate sleep tracking, follow these steps:
- Download: The second user should download the Sleeptracker-AI® app on their own mobile device.
- Unique Account: Create a new account using a different email address than the first user.
- Join the Smart Bed: In the app, go to Menu > Pair Smart Bed > check the box next to "Add yourself as a second user" > tap Next, and follow the prompts to join the already-established Smart Bed.
Important: Sharing a single account/login between two people is not advised, because it will prevent the system from properly tracking two separate sleep profiles. Each person is advised to create their own, unique account.

You can monitor sleep at multiple locations (such as a second home) by purchasing additional Smart Beds. You can manage multiple beds within your existing account. You do not need to create a new account for each bed.
